I realize the doctor said the pepcid should work between 1-2 weeks, but I was hoping we'd see some improvement by now. There has been nothing but screaming since 9am today. We're also apparently on a pacifier strike (and we don't want to be rocked, we don't want you to sing, we don't want to be on our belly...) I literally can't get anything done because as soon as I put one baby down, the other ones crying. Or the one I'm holding is crying. And they're not crying to eat - no one's finished a bottle all day (maybe they have belly aches? I don't know, I'm not a doctor). We've had 10 million diaper changes just to double check that that wasn't the issue. We're not tired, even though we've screamed for 10 minutes. Or maybe we'll sleep for 10 minutes, and then we'll remember we weren't happy. I'm currently typing this while being screamed at. Oh and the dog is whining at me too, because Pixel is the neediest dog you've ever met.
Why are we eating dinner at 10 oclock every night? Because the chicken I meant to take out of the freezer at 9am didn't get taken out until 3pm, and when I meant to marinate it 5, it didn't happen until after 7. Shout out to anyone who has fed us - you are ANGELS. On the plus side, this marinade called for a beer, so thank you Yuengling.
If you know a twin mom, check on them - they are probably not ok. They probably also won't have time to answer you, but the gesture is nice. I'd say offer to watch their babies so they could maybe get dressed today, but ya know, coronavirus and all... (WEAR YOUR MASKS PEOPLE and stop having parties!!)
That concludes this post, I have to clean spit up and get my dog out from under the crib he's gotten himself stuck under.
